New York – Athena Art Finance Corporation’s CEO, Andrea Danese, joined an expert panel to discuss Applications for Big Data and New Technology in the Art World during the Global Auction House Summit presented by Invaluable https://summit.invaluable.com.  The panel took place on February 5, 2019 at The Landmark London and was moderated by Adriano Picinati di Torcello, Director, Global Art & Finance Coordinator of Deloitte.

With greater demand in the art world for transparent information, we are seeing a corresponding increase in competition to provide that transparency. Panelists Richard Entrup, Global Chief Information Officer of Christie’s, Pierre Fautrel Co-Founder of Obvious, and Sarah Wendell Sherrill, Co-Founder of Lobus, joined Danese in showcasing the diverse landscape of big-data as well as new technologies that support the demand for bespoke platforms that inform, retain and develop paths for new client engagement opportunities.
