Rebecca L. Fine, General Counsel, has over 20 years of experience providing legal advice to financial services clients as well as art galleries, dealers and private collectors. Until August 2015, she was a partner at Schindler Cohen & Hochman LLP, a litigation and art law boutique. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Art Law Committee, and chair of the subcommittee on Art Finance, Funds and Fiduciaries. Rebecca was previously an associate at the law firms of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Hale and Dorr, LLP. Fluent in French and Italian, Rebecca has frequently acted as liaison counsel for corporations and ultra high net worth individuals in a variety of complex litigation matters in foreign jurisdictions. She earned her BA in Art History and Philosophy from Columbia University and her JD from Columbia Law School.
